We are seeking to appoint an inspirationalHead of Faculty to lead our excellentEnglish Faculty. This is a very experienced, collegiate team. The successful candidate will be led by ourDeputy Headteacher and have the opportunity to work collaboratively with other members of leadership.
Responsibilities

* be an inspirational communicator and have the skills to both challenge and encourage students to achieve their potential.
* be committed to securing positive student outcomes at Key stages 3, 4 and 5.
* have the ability to think creatively and encourage student engagement.

Contract and Salary
Contract term: Permanent. Start date: September 2026. Contract type: Full Time. Salary: MPS/UPS, GBP £34,398 - £52,490 + TLR1a (£16,581).
