Sr. Associate - Retail Process, JP, Selection Monitoring Team
Job Description:
In this role, associates are required to understand various operational techniques and maintain a high level of attention to detail. Accuracy in processing is paramount, followed by speed. The candidate should consistently deliver results that meet or exceed expectations, understand how the business operates, and suggest process improvements. This role reports to the Team Lead or Operations Manager.
Key responsibilities:
1. Meet and/or exceed productivity and accuracy targets.
2. Participate in ad-hoc operational projects and audits.
3. Understand operational goals, vision, charter, and process steps.
4. Execute assigned project components of specific audit processes.
5. Be available 24/7/365, including weekends and outside standard hours.
6. Follow SOPs and contribute to process improvements.
7. Work from the office all five days of the week.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* Any UG Degree (N4 level certification required for JP Lang specialists).
* Proficient in internet navigation.
* Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Good written and oral communication skills.
* Experience in meeting productivity and accuracy targets.
* Ability to drive process/system improvements based on trends and gaps.
* Effective tactical communication with internal teams.
* Proficiency in computer applications and internet browsing.
* Previous experience working with Japanese language.
* Ability to write queries using SQL & Macros.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Exposure to MS Office.
* Strong internet navigation and keyboard typing skills.
* Statistical knowledge (averages, trends, outliers, charting).
* Ability to work independently and think creatively.
* Capability to identify root causes and coordinate with teams to resolve issues.
* Knowledge of Japanese kanji for analysis of translated information.
* Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
