We are looking for a bright spark to ignite their potential in helping to maintain our homes and make a difference for our tenants. The works will be in and around Norwich and also throughout Norfolk and North Suffolk carrying out Void (Empty Home) electrical testing and repairs.The main duties for the role include:To work closely with the Local Delivery team in all aspects of the electrical repairs and maintenance service as required.Responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of Electrical Testing and related repairs. This is across responsive repairs and void properties.Provide support to the Planned Electrical Team from time-to-time covering installation and other planned works e.g. Aids and Adaptations / KitchensEnsuring that the work is undertaken in a timely manner consistent with prescribed performance indicators advised.Manage tenant enquiries and respond in a professional manner reporting anything back to the relevant manager.
