An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious tax professional to join a leading Private Client Tax team as an Assistant Manager.

Key responsibilities include:
1. Preparing tax returns for individuals, partnerships, trusts, and estates.
2. Handling HMRC enquiries and assisting with tax advisory projects.
3. Delivering high-quality client service and reviewing Self Assessment tax returns prepared by junior colleagues.
4. Supporting the development of junior team members.
About YouWe’re looking for a motivated professional who enjoys working with a diverse client base, including high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, business owners, and family trusts.
Essential skills and experience:
5. Minimum of 2 years’ recent practice experience in personal tax (or mixed role with significant personal tax exposure).
6. ATT qualification (or equivalent); study support towards CTA may be available.
7. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and client expectations.
8. Experience managing a portfolio of clients.
9. Excellentmunication skills, both written and verbal.
10. High level of ICT literacy, with knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and tax/accounting software (CCH experience beneficial).
11. Conscientious attitude and strong attention to detail.
