The role
We have complex deals and also serve straightforward customers. We need advisors who are great with high volumes of remote and PT business.
The person
* Minimum 4 years of experience as a whole of market broker
* Recent, proven success with online enquiries
* Used to high volumes (20–30+ apps a month)
* Employed or self‑employed
* Hybrid (ideally 3 days in office in Nottingham, or fully remote for the right candidate)
* Tech savvy (doesn't need to be told how Google docs work / doesn't speak on mute by accident all the time)
* Organised (can manage bigger workloads)
* Compliant
* A good fit culturally
