Job Description
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Would you like to work in a fun, vibrant industry? We are seeking a Slots Host to join our team. Previous gaming experience is not essential. Your responsibilities will include ensuring our customers receive the highest standard of service and providing support to ensure they have a great experience on our slot machines and electronic gaming areas. Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends, is required.
Key Skills and Responsibilities
1. Deliver excellence in customer service at all times.
2. Welcome new and returning customers warmly and proactively seek new customers.
3. Oversee the slots and electronic gaming (ETG) areas, offering assistance as needed.
4. Identify and respond to food and beverage requirements.
5. Understand the slots and electronic gaming offerings (preferred but not essential).
6. Communicate promotional activities and events to customers.
7. Share customer feedback with management.
8. Work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
