Thorn Baker Construction are looking for an experienced Roofer to work on a temp-to-perm basis with a well-established roofing contractor. The role involves working on both flat and pitched roofs, either independently or as part of a small team. Candidates who demonstrate strong skills, reliability, and the right attitude will be offered a permanent position.

The Role:
* Carrying out flat and pitched roofing works
* Working competently on your own or within a small team
* Installing, repairing, and maintaining roofing systems
* Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
About You:
* 3–5 years’ roofing experience
* Competent working independently
* Experience with both flat and pitched roofs
* Strong work ethic and positive attitude
* Two relevant references
