With a total of 15 incredible venues throughout the UK, we have ambitious plans and are never standing still, always looking for ways to innovate and improve. We’re excited to be on the hunt for a Product Manager to join our in-house team and make a real impact.
The Job
Working in partnership with the Product Director, you will be obsessed with the guest experience and focus on understanding their motivations, behaviours and needs. You will have ownership of the website awareness and discovery experience, product roadmap, strategy and delivery.In a creative environment you will develop inspirational storytelling, showcase the guest in-venue experience and articulate the product proposition and services. The ultimate goal is for you to create products people love.
Key responsibilities will include:
* In partnership with the Product Director, developing and executing a comprehensive digital product vision and roadmap, aligning with business objectives.
* Establishing and implementing success metrics, ensuring the team are aligned and are delivering against these pre-defined OKR’s.
* Staying informed of industry trends, best practices and perform regular competitive analysis.
* Conducting guest research across our ecosystem in venue and all digital touchpoints.
* Partnering with Design to conduct usability testing and collect customer feedback as required through the product development process.
* Partnering with the Product Analyst to interrogate behavioural data to review success of product releases and identify development opportunities.
* Driving and managing a continuous development environment and product lifecycle.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, to define product requirements and specifications.
* Reporting on guest engagement across the ecosystem using reporting tools and presentingperiodic reports to the team.
* Consistently applying product best practice and acts as an advocate of the product discipline.
To be successful in this role, you’ll:
* Have solid product management experience, ideally gained from the entertainment and/or hospitality industries.
* Have experience successfully leading and delivering complex products and outcomes, ideally in conversion.
* Be able to demonstrate strong analytical skill set, along with the ability to translate data and insight into actionable product strategies and roadmaps.
* Have gained experience working in an agile development environment, employing iterative and data-driven methodologies.
* Have exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across different functional teams and stakeholders.
* Demonstrate a customer-centric mindset, with a passion for understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional user experiences.
* Have an entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
* Be a creative thinker and have a problem-solving mindset.
