3. Monday to Friday working hours, 35-hour weeks with an early finish on a Friday.

THE BUSINESS
Our fantastic client is a manufacturing specialist based in Stockton on Tees. Due to growth, our client seeks to appoint an Accounts Assistant to join their polite and welcoming team. This is a newly created role.
THE ROLE
12. Data entry and data input
13. Operating Sage financial software
14. Generating payroll using timesheets
15. Operating Microsoft excel to aid with data collection
16. General administrative duties including the typing of orders
17. Answering inbound telephone calls when required
18. Analysing financial data as and when required
THE PERSON
19. Kind, friendly and polite personality
20. Sage experience is a requisite for this role
21. Previous financial experience
22. Previous administrative experience
23. Happy to take inbound phone calls
