About the Role
Academic Registry is a central support service that serves to provide high quality administrative systems and support to facilitate the student journey from enrolment through to award conferral.
Working flexibly, you will undertake a range of high level administrative support within the busy Fees and Bursaries Team, holding responsibility for tuition fee records, raising invoices, implementing credit control procedures and initiating debt referral where required. You will ensure all funding arrangements are kept up to date, ensuring the work of the team is compliant and meets with changing requirements of internal and external factors and students are advised appropriately.
There are two positions available, both full time hours per week). This is an excellent opportunity for customer focused administrators with meticulous attention to detail to make a significant contribution to an important area of the University in a dynamic and evolving role.

About You
You are a forward thinking, highly organised, numerate and methodical individual with an ability to work independently and deliver accurate work to a high standard. You will have excellent IT skills, experience of interpreting and providing advice on regulations and reporting on data. Your first-class communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to be a valued team player and establish and maintain effective working relationships with multi-disciplinary stakeholders, internal and external, and you will be committed to enhancing the student experience by ensuring the most efficient and effective business operations.
