Job Description
3. Prepare and manage financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
4. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
5. Monitor financial performance and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
6. Lead month-end and year-end closing processes.
7. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and liaise with auditors as required.
8. Manage cash flow, cost controls, and financial risk assessments.
9. Supervise and mentor a team within the Accounting & Finance department.
10. Collaborate with internal departments to support operational efficiency.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Manager should have:
11. Studying towards ACCA/CIMA - Essential
12. Experience in financial reporting and analysis - Essential
13. Proficiency in financial software and tools relevant to accounting processes.
14. Excellent leadership skills to manage and guide the Accounting & Finance team.
15. A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving
