Responsibilities
* Working on planned works and within void properties
* Completing 1st and 2nd fix carpentry
* Completing minor plumbing
* Painting and decorating
* Patch plastering
* Laying vinyl flooring
* Completing kitchen and bathroom fitting
Qualifications
* Minimum of a NVQ level 2 Carpentry qualification or at least 5 years experience within this trade
* Experience working within occupied homes
* A full and current driving licence
* Location: travelling within Basingstoke and Newbury, with occasional travel to Swindon, Oxford, and Reading
