Salary: £13.43
Employment Type: Temporary (4 months)
Job Type: Part time
Contracted hours: 10 hours per week
Working pattern: Varied shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends – all will be discussed at interview.

What you’ll do

* Deliver the P&C administration activities in your store demonstrating a high level of trust, collaboration, confidentiality, and diplomacy with all Colleagues.
* A generalist administrative role covering all area of P&C including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll, talent and succession, employee relations, engagement and well‑being.
* Support the Store Management Team and the Store P&C Business Partner to deliver the people agenda in-store.
* Report on P&C activities and keep our KPIs on track.


What you’ll bring

* Ideally some previous experience working as an Administrator.
* Working knowledge of local employment legislation and best practice.
* Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to be flexible and prioritize.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an effective and persuasive communication style.
* Good problem‑solving skills, with an interest in developing commercial acumen – we’re all about learning here!
* A passion to do a good job.
