With expert teams delivering best-in-class design, construction, furniture procurement, workplace consultancy, and aftercare services, this business has a proven track record of delivering innovative projects for clients across multiple sectors.They’re now seeking a detail-driven Estimator to join their talented pre-construction team and play a key role in securing and delivering high-quality workplace projects. The Role As an Estimator, you’ll be responsible for producing accurate and competitive cost estimates, working closely with design, procurement, and project teams to ensure client requirements are met while maintaining profitability. Your input will be essential in winning new work and ensuring smooth project delivery from the outset. Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate cost estimates for office interiors, fit-out, and refurbishment projects. Analyse drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labour estimates. Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations. Work closely with design and project management teams to develop cost-effective solutions. Assist in tender submissions and client presentations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of materials, labour, and market pricing. About You Proven experience as an Estimator, ideally within office interiors, fit-out, or construction sectors. Strong analytical and numerical skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Confident communicator able to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners. Organised, methodical, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
