We work with top lawyers across the country, providing quality drafting, advice and advocacy.The ideal candidate will be driven and capable, with an appetite for responsibility within a growing firm.The Role• Drafting Bills of Costs, Points of Dispute, Replies and Costs Budgets;• Advising clients on costs issues;• Negotiating costs settlements.What We Offer• £27-32k salary, regularly reviewed based on performance;• Varied and interesting work;• Commitment to your professional development.• Permanent remote working;• Flexible working: 40 hours a week with core hours of 10am-4pm.What You Will Offer• A positive attitude;• Desire to achieve and adapt in the costs field;• 12 months or more of experience drafting Bills of Costs;• Good standard of written English;• Attention to detail;• Strong grasp of costs law and procedure;• Commitment to provide a good standard of service to our clients and to achieve turnaround and billing targets;• Costs Lawyer qualification or other legal qualification beneficial but not essential.
