Job Duties:
As a Psychology Graduate in Bromley, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Assisting teachers in planning and delivering lessons
* Providing support to students with special educational needs
* Conducting one-on-one or small group sessions with students
* Assessing student progress and providing feedback
* Contributing to the development of individual education plans
Required Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must have:
* A degree in Psychology or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* An understanding of educational principles and practises
* The ability to work effectively in a team
Education:
A degree in Psychology or a related field is required for this position.
Experience:
No prior experience is necessary, but any experience working with children or in an educational setting would be beneficial.
Knowledge and Skills:
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Knowledge of psychological theories and principles
* Strong problem-solving skills
* The ability to adapt to different learning styles
* Good organisational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
While not required, the following qualifications would be advantageous:
* Additional certifications in educational support
* Experience working with children with special educational needs
Working Conditions:
This is a temporary position in Bromley, Greater London, with full-time hours expected. The salary range for this role is £85 - £95 per day.
