The Role
Energia Group’s Information Security Team in Technology & Innovation is looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented analyst. You will work closely with cyber security specialists and business stakeholders to shape and evolve the group’s security posture, ensuring it supports strategic business outcomes. This growth‑oriented role requires aptitude, passion, curiosity, and a strong ability to learn quickly.
The role offers hands‑on experience across a range of cyber security domains, including security operations, governance, risk and compliance, penetration testing, vulnerability management, and the development of our information security management system. You will collaborate with both internal stakeholders and external partners to support the organization’s security practices.
What you'll need
* Previous experience in an IT role, with an interest in developing a career in information security, or a degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline. Equivalent professional experience may also be considered.
* Demonstrated foundational understanding of cyber security principles (e.g., CIA triad, Least Privilege) and how they are applied with technology and business.
* Understanding of common cyber threats such as phishing, malware, and social engineering.
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
* Excellent MS Office skills.
