Advanced Alloy Services Ltd supplies high purity metals and processed revert for the superalloy industry. This business started in 1993 and has continued to expand ever since, sourcing and supplying metal for aerospace, oil & gas, power generation and medical industries to countries all over the world from the purpose built site in Dinnington. Due to continued expansion there is currently a vacancy for a Warehouse Operative to join the team.
Duties will involve:
* Processing material as instructed to meet customer orders and quality expectations, working closely with others regarding specific customer requirements and timescales
* Preparing material for despatch
* Loading and unloading lorries
* Help identify and carry out site development and improvement projects
Requirements:
* Reliable and trustworthy
* Excellent attention to detail
* Good level of numeracy and literacy
* Work well as part of a team
* Fork-Lift license
All training will be provided but prior experience with metals and superalloys would be an distinct advantage.
Hourly rate £13.79/hour (8-week probation period at 95% of this rate, unless there is direct prior experience within the industry and with similar processing equipment) with 37 hour basic week.
Routinely 10 hours overtime is available during the week at a rate of x1.25 and 5 hours x1.5 on Saturday mornings
