We’re recruiting for an experienced Registered Domiciliary Manager to lead a well-established homecare service in Manchester, currently delivering just over 2,000 care hours per week to elderly service users .
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role with full responsibility for service delivery, compliance, and team management.
The Role
* Oversee the day-to-day running of a large domiciliary care service
* Manage and develop care, coordination and office teams
* Ensure safe, high-quality, person-centred care for elderly clients
* Maintain full compliance with CQC regulations and safeguarding standards
* Manage rotas, recruitment, audits, incidents and on-call requirements
* Build strong relationships with families, commissioners and professionals
About You
* Proven experience managing a domiciliary care service
* Strong understanding of CQC standards and elderly care
* Confident leading services delivering high-volume care hours
* Organised, proactive and quality-driven
* Full UK driving licence essential
