Main Responsibilities
•Answering calls regarding breakdowns & service issues in a courteous manner and offering a high level of Customer Service
•Resolving minor technical problems over the phone, and if unable to resolve, allocating effectively for a Service Engineer to attend
•Ensuring all breakdown calls are attended to within a 24hr period
•Dealing with minor complaints and being aware when complaints need to be escalated to a supervisor
Essential Skills
•Has good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
•Has good attention to detail
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
