The Role:
You'll take ownership of the finance function, helping to drive the business forward while building your own expertise.
Key responsibilities include:
* Own the preparation of consolidated management accounts, providing clear, actionable insights for leadership.
* Maintain and reconcile balance sheets, journals, and cashflow forecasts with accuracy and attention to detail.
* Oversee payroll, VAT, and fixed assets, ensuring smooth and compliant processes.
* Collaborate with operational teams to support stock, inventory, and broader financial planning.
* Assist with audits and help strengthen internal controls, contributing to a robust finance function.
About You:
* AAT qualified, or studying towards ACCA/ACA/CIMA.
* Experienced in preparing management accounts and reconciliations.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced SME environment.
* Ambitious, proactive, and able to build strong stakeholder relationships.
