The Role
As a Senior Town Planner, you'll take ownership of exciting and diverse projects, leading on planning applications, appeals, and policy development. This is a client-facing role, offering the opportunity to build strong relationships while making a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead on complex planning applications and appeals.
2. Provide expert planning advice to clients across sectors.

5. Stay ahead of planning legislation and policy changes to ensure compliance.
About You
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
1. A degree in Town Planning or a related field.
2. Full membership or eligibility for RTPI (Royal Town Planning Institute).
3. Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within consultancy.
4. A strong understanding of UK planning legislation.
5. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
