Multi Trade Operative Required - Bodmin
Experienced Multi Trade Operative required in Bodmin area to work on social housing properties doing all aspects of response maintenance work.
This is a really exciting permanent opportunity for an immediate start on a long term temporary basis.
We will pay £22-23ph umbrella CIS or PAYE.
For this role you must be able to do Plastering and Tiling as a minimum as a lot of their work involves these duties.
Multi Trade Operative Day to Day:
All aspects of maintenance work in social housing properties, mainly voids
Completing a variety of works in various trades
Tiling, carpentry, plumbing, decorating etc.
Driving your own vehicle to site
Fitting kitchens and bathrooms
Reporting to your supervisor
Multi Trade Operative Requirements:
Good multi trade experience
Previous experience working within social housing beneficial
Good attitude
Honest and reliable
Full UK driving license
DBS will be done for successful candidate
