Key Responsibilities: Perform administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying and scanning documents. Manage data entry and maintain accurate records. Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed. Provide essential administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. Manage social media platforms, including scheduling posts and engaging with followers. Create compelling content for social media and marketing materials. Coordinate and execute promotional campaigns, tracking performance and effectiveness. Assist in developing marketing strategies and materials to enhance brand visibility. Collaborate with team members on marketing projects, ensuring timely completion and quality output. Required Skills: Experience in handling administrative tasks Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
