THE ROLE:
- Advising clients on all aspects of residential conveyancing with a proactive, solutions:focused approach
- Managing the full lifecycle of transactions : from drafting contracts and transfer deeds to post:completion and registration
- Maintaining regular communication with clients and agents, ensuring updates are timely and expectations managed
- Supporting team members across the Residential Property practice when required
- Contributing to marketing initiatives, networking, and business development to raise the firm's profile locally and regionally
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors with a minimum of 8 years PQE looking for that next step in their career.
- Deep knowledge of the Cheltenham property market and established local connections
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to support and lead colleagues across the team
- Strong drafting skills, technical excellence, and commercial awareness
