While we seek to promote internally whenever possible we also recognise the positive impact of integrating high calibre individuals from the wider recruitment market into our management team. As such we are looking for experienced recruiters either currently working in a role with people management responsibility or, individuals who are ready to step into a people management role.

The basics of the role (but we know you know this)
* Leadership of a team of 3-4 recruitment consultants initially with the opportunity to expand headcount further
* Supporting consultants in their client interaction
* Accurately and consistently forecasting fee income
* Developing and upskilling your team to become recruitment and industry experts
* Contributing positively to the management team
* Personal fee contributor
