Key Responsibilities:

CRM & System Management: Keep internal systems updated to accurately track quotations and work orders
*
Reporting & Data Monitoring: Generate reports and maintain spreadsheets to monitor quote progression and deadlines
*
Quote Pipeline Management: Oversee the quotation process from enquiry to client approval
*
Quotation Support: Assist in the creation of professional, cost-effective service quotes
*
Job Scheduling: Allocate tasks to engineers or subcontractors using internal systems
*
Client Portal Updates: Ensure client-facing platforms are up to date with quote statuses and ongoing works
What We’re Looking For:

Excellent Communication: Confident in both written and verbal communication, able to liaise with clients and internal teams professionally

High Attention to Detail: Meticulous with data entry and reporting to ensure accuracy and reliability
