The Role:
Maximising revenue and commercial performance from our Existing partners is crucial for the growth of our business. As a Senior person within the EMEA Region, you will have the opportunity to provide a unique voice to grow the value that we can achieve from our products across the global big-name brands we work with.
As a Partnership Director, you will work closely with our key partners across the region, developing a strong relationship with each member to maximise the revenue generated from our products.
Key Responsibilities:
· The overall management & expansion of our partners in EMEA from a revenue perspective.
· Build strong personal relationships with key contacts to enable us to expand our presence across our existing key Members.
· Create and Monitor yearly strategies and initiatives and/or set up quarterly, and monthly business reviews.
· Identify new revenue-generating opportunities and build a specific business case to present to members.
· Suggest solutions and innovative ideas to meet our Members’ needs.
· Create reports and business analysis reports to view results and identify business opportunities
· Manage multiple clients simultaneously in multiple geographical locations.
· Negotiate contract renewals to retain our key Members.
· Generate accurate reporting to demonstrate the progress and forecast the revenue.
· Represent Protect Group at industry conferences.
· Recruit and Manage a team of Partnership Managers / Integration Managers and Partnership Executives
Experience Requirements:
· Fluency in professional standard English, via written and verbal communication. A second language at a fluent level is highly desirable.
· Have a high understanding of the travel, ticketing, transport, accommodation, or leisure industry.
· Experience in liaising, influencing, and driving senior-level action plans with clients and internal stakeholders.
· Proven commercial analysis and reporting record, with a well-developed understanding of the value of data.
· EMEA exposure is essential
