Assist with the management and execution of promotional campaigns, providing insights on customer shopping trends. Enhance customer experience by working closely with other departments, such as marketing, content, and customer service. Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of customer complaints and feedback. Your tasks will be to: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, marketing, and customer service, to execute online campaigns and promotions to attract leads. Work with the respective Account Manager to review our customers' websites and ensure that all imagery is current. Monitor competitor products and pricing to ensure we are price competitive and market leaders in the industry. Monitor customer feedback, reviews, and ratings to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies for enhancing customer satisfaction and retention. The department deals with a high volume of technical queries regarding Power tools, reading through manuals and providing technical information over the telephone and email is required. All training and a number of in-house programs are available to help. The ideal candidate for this role will have a desire to work in a fast-paced e-commerce environment. Manage their time efficiently, enjoy problem-solving and find effective yet scalable solutions. Has a great attention to detail, comfortable working in Excel. Strong communication skills; can demonstrate strong teamwork skills.
