What we expect from you:
Our Commercial Managers ensure that the business is run efficiently by encouraging the team and controlling the product and commerciality of their department .Some of your responsibilities will be to:
* Analyse commercial data and put actions in place to improve the sales of the store
* Oversee all the training and development of the commercial team
* Take responsibility for all the visual and commercial aspects of the store
* Be an ambassador for our companies sustainability project
