Job Description
The Assistant Superintendent will be responsible for:
1. Assisting in managing on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
2. Supervising subcontractors and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
3. Coordinating daily construction operations and resolve on-site issues as they arise.
4. Maintaining project documentation, including schedules and reports.
5. Communicating effectively with project managers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
6. Ensuring compliance with all building codes and regulations.
7. Conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress and enforce safety protocols.
8. Supporting the Superintendent in planning and executing construction activities.
