CQC Registered Manager
Location: Nottingham
Hours: 35 per week Monday to Friday
Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract from 12 weeks- can be extended
Salary: £27.69

If you are organised and motivated then this is a fantastic opportunity to join our Health and Care team as a Registered Manager.You will manage health and care services, ensuring all appropriate standards and requirements are met and service contracts maintained.
What does a day in the life of a Manager involve?
1. Regulatory Compliance
o Ensure the service complies with all CQC regulations and standards.
o Maintain registration with the CQC and ensure all regulated activities are
2. Leadership and Management
o Oversee the day-to-day running of the service.
o Make strategic decisions to ensure safe, effective, and person-centred care.
o Lead and support staff, ensuring they are trained, competent, and valued
3. Quality Assurance
o Monitor and improve service quality.
o Implement systems for feedback, audits, and continuous improvement.
4. Safeguarding and Risk Management
o Ensure safeguarding policies are followed.
o Manage risks to service users and staff, including health and safety protocols.
5. Staff Oversight
o Recruit, train, and supervise staff.
o Ensure staff meet required standards and qualifications.
6. Documentation and Reporting
o Maintain accurate records and documentation.
o Submit required reports to the CQC and other regulatory bodies.
7. Stakeholder Engagement
o Communicate effectively with service users, families, professionals, and external agencies.
Legal and Ethical Requirements
* Must be ofgood character, with honesty, reliability, and respectfulness.
* Must have thenecessary qualifications, typically aLevel 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Health and Social Care(or equivalent).
