As our Mental Health Practice Lead in our virtual national clinical hub, youll support colleagues across our national supported and general needs housing services to deliver life-changing outcomes for customers.
Youll use your expertise to guide, advise and inspire our teams nationwide - raising standards, embedding Psychologically Informed Environments, and helping customers live independently and reach their goals.
What youll do
1. Support and develop teams to boost customer independence and improve outcomes.
2. Help identify and manage risk to deliver the best results for customers.
3. Drive practice development by promoting open, reflective practice, group supervision, and build colleague confidence in supporting customers, coaching and guiding colleagues and managers.
