The Opportunity:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team in Marlow, working closely with our estimators to support the successful delivery of projects. This is a key role within the business, ensuring that all necessary information is gathered, organised, and communicated effectively so that estimators can focus on producing accurate and timely quotations without delays.
You’ll be someone who is naturally inquisitive, confident in asking the right questions, and highly organised, with the ability to prioritise multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
Who you are:
* A confident and enthusiastic individual who is comfortable asking questions and challenging for clarity
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
* High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
* Ability to understand project requirements and anticipate what information will be needed
* Previous experience in a sales administration, bid coordination, or similar role is desirable
