Wild are working alongside a well-known and sought after company, working as an Accounts Assistant- Cashier on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to not only work for a good company, but also gain experience in a role that can offer a chance to develop on your skill set.
As an Accounts Assistant - Cashier, you will be supporting the credit manager cash posting, administrative tasks, bank reconciliations and sales invoicing.
Location:- Milton Keynes
Hours:- 8.45am - 5.00pm, Monday to Friday
Pay:- £11.50ph - £12.50ph depending on experience
Responsibilities:
1. Allocate payments, invoices, and bank statements accurately and efficiently.
2. Manage and respond to queries within a shared inbox, ensuring timely resolution.
3. Input invoice information into our database with precision and attention to detail.
4. Occasionally handle phone calls related to financial inquiries.
5. Perform repetitive tasks with consistency and dedication.
Requirements:
6. Proven experience or strong interest in accounting and financial processes.
7. Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.
8. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
9. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with accounting software
10. Effective communication skills to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
