Introduction
A fantastic opportunity to join TfW during its exciting transformation as a Cleaning Area Manager to be primarily responsible for the Cleaning Provision with a given portfolio and area. The role may be involved in specific projects nationally e.g. multi-site mobilisations.
Role responsibilities
* You’ll be accountable for the cleaning provision in a designated region by managing a large remote team and producing a consistent approach and a service that meets and aims to exceed expectations.
* You'll provide management information by collating data across train counts, audits and budgetary information to ensure TfW can make informed decisions relating to the cleaning provision.
* You'll oversee the coordination of the activities of the Site teams and Supervisors by conducting audits and viewing management insight to ensure that all areas of the contract are regularly visited and a high level of customer satisfaction across all sites.
Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for an established Operational or Team Manager in the cleaning, or facilities industry who can leverage their experience to manage a large operation over several areas across North Wales and Borders.
You’ll need to have
* Qualifications or training in FM / Service Industry / BICSc.
* Demonstrable and proven achievement record showing experience in the Cleaning or Facilities industry within operations and operational functions.
* Have an understanding of Health and Safety policies and procedures in the cleaning industry.
* Experience of managing and motivating a dispersed and diverse workforce.
