Learning & Development Manager

My client is a leading and award-winning law firm with an impressive client base, who are looking to recruit a Learning & Development Manager on a permanent basis to be based in either their Leeds, Birmingham or London office.
The Learning & Development Manager will work within the wider Learning & Development function across a global remit and will be responsible for supporting with growth and change across the firm.
Your key duties will include:
1. Support the firm in establishing a governed approach to L&D globally
2. Establish and implement a process to prioritise L&D requests from the wider business
3. Lead on processes and stablish key relationships with key stakeholders to ensure smooth running of L&D projects
4. Develop and implement L&D evaluation processes
5. Use data and analytics to support strategy
6. Manage a team of L&D experts, support them in growth and success
7. Working closely with the Senior L&D Manager and Head of L&D
The Learning & Development Manager will be ab experienced L&D specialist with previous senior level experience, looking to work in a growing law firm. They must have excellent presentation skills with the ability to deliver a range of audiences. They will have strong experience of managing and delivering professional skills programmes, as well as strong communication and relationship building skills. The right candidate will be a team player with a genuine interest in how professional service firms/partnerships operate.
