What You’ll Do
Join our team as Duty Manager, where your proven leadership skills will be used to manage a reliable, high-performing team and ensure the smooth running of our hotel. If you’ve led a team in a retail environment, you’ll use your experience, excellent communication, and organisational skills to deliver health & safety standards and an exceptional guest experience.
Responsibilities
* Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver outstanding guest experience.
* Ensure health and safety standards and operational excellence across the hotel.
* Deliver exceptional customer service and manage day-to-day hotel operations.
Qualifications
* Experience leading teams in retail or similar environments.
* Proven leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Pay & Contract
Pay up to £13.36 per hour (day shift). Fixed Term contract until 30/07/2026. Hours: 40 hours per week with guaranteed hours.
