Role Description: We are seeking a Junior Pricing Analyst to join our dynamic Data and Pricing team. Reporting to the Data and Pricing Director, this entry-level role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop core skills in risk pricing and analytics. You will be responsible for delivering pricing and analytical insights to the business, clients, and brokers, while supporting various Healix functions in providing market-leading healthcare solutions. Skills and Experience: Essential: A numerate background, either in a similar role or within education. Strong problem-solving capabilities and an inquisitive nature. About The Role Key Responsibilities: Support Pricing and Commercial teams in acquiring new clients through rigorous risk assessment and robust quoting of new business. Derive renewal pricing terms for existing clients through forensic analysis and application of pricing techniques. Collaborate with team members to enhance Healix’s forecasting techniques. Maintain the integrity of the Sales CRM system (Salesforce) and the Claims Management System for broker and client data, including onboarding new clients and updating existing records. Assist Pricing and Finance with the invoicing process. Provide regular and ad hoc reporting to meet data-related requirements from the business. Produce insurance certification for schemes requiring stop loss insurance. Work with colleagues outside the Pricing team to automate or streamline tasks, offering expert support (e.g., use of specialist software such as Excel). Identify opportunities to improve the integrity and accuracy of data used within the business. Conduct regular competitor analysis to understand market trends and inform pricing and commercial decision-making. Support pricing project work, collaborating with other areas of Healix to drive the business forward.
