Role
We are looking for a Transport Night Shift Clerk to work to work for a dynamic teams
A typical day may involve
* Operating IT-systems as required
* Dealing with driving and warehouse colleagues
* Complying with local legislative requirements & company policies and procedures
* Processing paperwork relating to driver deliveries
* Comply with appropriate working time legislation
* Ensure drivers are correctly briefed and debriefed at the beginning and end of the day\'s work
Who this role would suit
* Receive direction regarding work assignments
* Good communication skills
* Ability to supply reports within timescales
* Previous experience working in a transport office - desirable
* Experience using IT systems particularly microsoft exel and word
* Good understanding of Web based programs i.e. Microlise / Tachomaster - desirable
