Admiral manages in excess of suppliers, a new sub team is being formed within Group Procurement to understand the risks our suppliers present and to form the assurance and governance capability we need as an organisation to understand and manage the risks.
We are looking for a Risk Analyst to work closely with all Procurement professionals within the company and Contract Owners who have a shared responsibility to manage the supplier network effectively.
This is an exciting time to join Group Procurement, we have a significant project underway to review all elements of what we do and how we do it and Third Party Risk is an area of focus hence the new team being formed.

Main Duties
Your role will report to the Third Party Risk Manager within Group Procurement and will be to support all parts of the business in areas such as:
1. Be familiar with the creation and ownership of company policies, in this case Procurement and Outsourcing Policy, plus Group Minimum Standards.
2. Have a great understanding and prior experience of Supply Chain Risk within a large corporate setting
3. Be aware of FCA / PRA regulations (and others), minimum expectations for PQQ and DDQ evaluations and understand where Supply Chain Risk materialises.
4. Provide accurate, timely and insightful reporting of data, information, and analysis to facilitate good decision-making, driving the Supply Chains performance and profitability
5. Monitor the procurement solution to validate compliance with governance controls
6. Responsible for the analysis of spend data to support the Sourcing team with the identification of opportunities in our current supply chain?
7. Provide communication and support to internal customers on supply chain risk
8. Provide recommendations for minimum baseline controls to be implemented and ensure non-conformities are documented and that remediation plans are agreed with risk owners to agreed timelines
9. Support, where required, Admiral Group entities with governance and technology queries
10. Act as a champion for Group Procurement TPRM and maintain high standards of integrity and professionalism
11. Support project initiatives on an ongoing basis
12. Create and deliver insights for the various forums that Group Procurement are a part of.
13. Supporting with updating Admiral’s Contract Management System (Atamis) by liaising with the supplier to agree product enhancements
Key Skills, Qualifications and Experience
14. Be ILM qualified (or equivalent experience)
15. Good business knowledge and understanding
16. Drive to implement improvements and take ownership of issues as they arise
17. Problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and comfortable analysing data
18. Good interpersonal skills and effective communication to all levels (internal and external)
19. Confident using Microsoft packages and willingness to learn new systems
20. Ability to work to deadlines and be able to prioritise workload effectively
21. Excellent time management and organisational skills
