Job Description:
Veolia WTS is seeking an experienced Senior Real Estate Manager to join our Corporate Real Estate team. This strategic position offers the opportunity to shape our European real estate portfolio while working with regional leadership across operations in over 60 countries.
The role involves comprehensive management of our EMEA property portfolio, including lease administration, transaction management, and strategic site development. Working directly with the Global Director of Real Estate, you will have the autonomy to drive initiatives that create significant business impact.
What are the Day-to-Day Duties?
* Lead operational lease transaction and negotiation projects and ensure timely completion
* Manage lease administration for office, industrial, and laboratory facilities
* Execute lease abstractions and documentation into real estate management systems
* Oversee site dispositions, including sales and lease-backs
* Partner with legal teams on complex commercial contract negotiations
* Develop and maintain property database systems
* Coordinate workspace planning and site relocations
* Support environmental compliance and site restoration projects
Qualifications
What Skills and Experience Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?
* Bachelor's degree in engineering, real estate, accounting, finance or related field, or industry experience
* Proven track record in industrial asset and portfolio management
* Experience with lease database management systems
* Strong understanding of real estate fundamentals and capital structures
* Knowledge of environmental regulations and property compliance
* Expertise in workspace planning and facility operations
* Proficiency with Google Workspace applications
* Experience in partnering with legal counsel and environmental consultants
* Understanding of chemical storage and logistics requirements
* Project management capabilities for complex real estate transactions
* Fluency in English essential, additional European languages advantageous
