Sales Development Representative (SDR) This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to grow their career with in 12 months to Account Management positions. LOCATION: New Malden KT3 4LH, Hybrid CONTRACT: Full-time 37.5 hours/ 5 days a week. 3 days in office, 2 days remote REMUNERATION: £35K - £40K Comms Benefits Career progression We see the SDR role as being the ideal launchpad for less experienced sales people to progress into a fully fledged sales role. Assuming success in the SDR role, we would look to transition SDRs into Individual Contributor roles from month 10, with a full transfer into Sales by month 12 at the latest. Role & Responsibilities * We are looking to hire an SDR to drive sales of our Data Resilience and Cyber Security propositions. * Your job will be to prospect mid-market, commercial organisations, qualify opportunities and book meetings with prospective customers. * You will work closely with our internal teams working the full sales cycle from inception to close. * We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals who are looking to develop a successful career in sales. * You will be selling to new customers over the phone, targeting opportunities, so you must be prepared to be proactive. * To succeed in this role, you will need to be confident, hard-working and prepared to learn new sales and technical skills. * A minimum of 18 months in a similar role, preferably in the I.T. sector, is required, although you will be fully trained in both sales methodology and relevant technical knowledge. Your key responsibilities will be to: * Promote our Data Resilience and Cyber Security portfolio to prospective clients * Uncover and qualify new opportunities * Book and conduct meetings with new clients, supported by members of the sales and technical teams * Achieve set KPIs, including calls made, contacts made, and meetings booked * Improve industry knowledge via ongoing personal training Attributes required * Proactive * Motivated * Confident * Punctual * Resilient * Ability to multitask * Interest in the IT industry, in particular Data Resilience and Cyber Security technologies * Strong written and verbal skills Remuneration Basic: £35k-40K, dependent upon experience.
