Description
As a Project Manager at Foster + Partners, you will play a key role in supporting design teams throughout the full project lifecycle, applying modern project management standards to ensure clarity, coordination and successful delivery. Working closely with senior management, planners, job captains and cost controllers, you’ll help guide projects from early fee proposals through construction, contributing insight, structure and proactive problem‑solving across multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities
* Liaise with senior management on potential fees, appointments and client cost recovery.
* Support contract administration and help resolve contractual or compliance issues.
* Assist with construction programming, planning input and project reviews.
* Conduct site visits to assess progress and monitor contractor compliance.
* Provide procurement coordination, fee proposal schedules and market insight.
Qualifications
* Experience in the building or construction industry with strong project management capability.
* Understanding of the design process and how it aligns with construction workflows.
* Strong communication skills with an articulate, diplomatic manner.
* Relevant postgraduate qualification and experience in project management.
* Ability to analyse information, maintain accurate records and support decision‑making.
* Methodical, detail‑focused working style with strong time‑management skills.
* Ability to build strong relationships at all levels internally and externally.
