Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and deliver high-quality, nutritious meals tailored to the needs of our residents.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, be able to manage stock, rotas, compliance, and kitchen cleanliness with precision and care.
Responsibilities include collaborating with the Home Manager and Group Executive Chef to plan seasonal menus, ensure food safety standards, and lead the team with confidence and warmth.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the kitchen team in delivering high-quality meals
* Manage stock, rotas, compliance, and kitchen cleanliness
* Collaborate with the Home Manager and Group Executive Chef to plan seasonal menus
* Ensure food safety standards are maintained
* Develop and implement effective kitchen procedures
Requirements:
* City & Guilds 706 1 and 2 or equivalent qualifications (achieved or in progress)
* Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
* Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a kitchen environment
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* A team player who leads with calm, clarity, and a positive attitude
* Ideal candidate will have experience preparing meals for individuals with specific dietary needs
