Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement growth strategies to achieve sales targets, focusing on new revenue streams like corporate catering, private events, and strategic partnerships.
* Build and maintain a strong network of corporate clients and community partners through proactive outreach and representing Poppadom & Pints at local events.
* Drive the end-to-end sales process for private and corporate bookings, from initial enquiry and negotiation to final execution.
* Collaborate with the management team to create and promote compelling event packages and targeted marketing campaigns.
* Track and report on sales performance and provide insights on market trends and opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills
* Proven experience (2+ years) in a business development, sales, or events role, preferably within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
* A strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and business growth KPIs.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships.
* A self-starter with the ability to work independently, think strategically, and manage multiple projects.
* Strong knowledge of the Liverpool corporate and hospitality scene is a significant advantage.
* A genuine passion for food, drink, and creating outstanding guest experiences.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £36,000.00-£39,000.00 per year
