Position: Field Sales Engineer
Objective: Manage and grow the sales territory by promoting ESAB’s welding and cutting products, building relationships, collaborating with managers, and implementing sales strategies.
Responsibilities
* Map sales potential and understand the customer base.
* Develop and execute growth plans for accounts and distributors.
* Promote products and engage in value-based selling.
* Maintain CRM systems and adhere to best commercial practices.
Key Objectives
* Achieve sales revenue and margin targets.
* Build a strong sales pipeline.
* Launch new products successfully.
Qualifications
* Residency within the designated area.
* Secondary education with a technical/engineering focus; welding qualification preferred.
* 3–5 years of relevant experience.
* Proficiency in English and a valid UK driver’s license.
* Availability to travel 3–4 days per week.
