Planning Lawyer / Planning Solicitor – Top 200 Regional Law Firm – Kent
Are you a driven Planning Lawyer looking to elevate your career within a prestigious, Top 200 regional law firm in Tunbridge Wells? We are seeking a talented Planning Solicitor with 2+ years PQE to join a highly regarded Planning department in Kent.

The Role:
* Advising on a broad range of planning matters, including section 106 agreements, enforcement, and judicial reviews and highways and infrastructure agreements.
* Representing clients in planning appeals and public inquiries.
* Working alongside experienced Partners and Associates to deliver pragmatic and commercially-focused advice.
About You:
* 2+ years PQE within a recognised Planning department or currently working within a local authority with experience in planning law.
* Strong technical skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload independently.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* A proactive approach to business development and client relationship management.
