Trust Housing Association have an exciting Retirement Co-ordinator opportunity for a highly motivated individual, required to manage two retirement (Independent Living) housing developments on Isle of Arran, North Ayrshire; Mackelvie Road, Lamlash, and Glen Estate, Glencloy Road Brodick.
The position on offer is a full-time position of 36 hours split between the two developments.
In return for your enthusiasm and commitment, we will offer you: -
£13.00* or £13.25 per hour (*based on enhanced annual leave)
Working 36 hours, 5 days per week (split 20 hours and 16 hours across the two locations on the island)
33* or 28 days annual leave per year

What we’re looking for in our Retirement Coordinator:
You will liaise with Housing and Property management, Contractors and outside agencies. You will be responsible for reporting repairs, carrying out void Inspections, viewings and new tenant sign-ups. Good communication skills are required. You should be self-motivated and capable of working on your own initiative as you will play a key role in the lives of our tenants, promoting and supporting them to achieve independent living. Previous experience of working with older people would be an advantage.
