Our client is looking for a confident and driven Account Manager to join their team and take ownership of a portfolio of existing B2B customers. You’ll be focused on retention, relationship building, and spotting growth opportunities – all while delivering exceptional service.
What you'll be doing:
* Managing and developing your own portfolio of accounts
* Visiting clients, building relationships, and identifying opportunities
* Supporting retention and revenue growth targets
* Collaborating with internal teams to deliver excellent service
* Reviewing contracts, pricing, and service performance
What we're looking for:
* Great communicator with strong relationship-building skills
* Commercially savvy and customer-focused
* Able to analyse data and spot trends
* Comfortable working independently and on the move
